Key concept # 4
Is it worth it? What do they get for their $3 mill?
I believe it is worth it not only do they advertise during one of televisons and sports biggest events for millons of veiwers to see but they also make huge profits after the event. The ads usally displayed may be food or beverages and if your watching the big game and you run out of chips or drinks and you see that doritos or coke commercial come on you may think to your self man i could go for one of those or a bag of those right now and it makes your crave that prodcut almost cause it caught you at a vunerable point when you were hungry or thirsty.

Key Concept #2
What effect do these media created 'versions' of reality have on society?
It will lead people to believe thats how certain things work and they will try to munipulate what happened in the show and may end up hurting others or themselves. People can tell the difference because the things showed seem so real and authentic due to actors and the further improvments in Computer animation. Another example of this would be gaming, everyday visuals for these games are improving making cars, weapons, buildings, scenery almost real.

Key Concept #1
Was computer retouching gone to far?
I think it may have gone to far in the sense that it makes people more shallow on that their outlook towards attaction to other people. If a model looks a certain way and your find him/her attractive and you see more magizines putting these retouched images on the front of their magizines the audience that see's these magazines will want all of their attractions to look like this.

Is the most popular movie the best movie? Key Concept #3
Is the most popular movie the best movie? No, it is not and a person belief on the best is there personal choice not what the mass audience thinks is the new smash hit in the box office.
Independence and Dependency on forms of Media
Some forms of media that I am most dependent on would be the Internet, cell phone and my Ipod. These are my 4's and 5's because I use these the most like the inernet to see what is new is happening in the world of gaming and sports or my cell phone to stay intouch with friends. A few of my 0's would be the actual news, radio and televison. I dont watch much tv or listen to the radio for news mostly due to the reason that the internet is faster and usally more informative. Does the mass media have a hold on me? I would think not i don't relay to much on the media and could go with out it if needed.
